Refund policy

At PrimeNoct, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, used pillowcases cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
